Draft: Hongbo Shen said the unrest of economic situation in Vietnam is a series of chain reactions. The original industrial structure during the rising time affects the further development of Vietnam and the newly emerging economy. While enjoying the initial fruit of economic progress, Vietnam has not restructured its industry. Nowadays, its economy has slipped into recession. China should learn a lesson from this and realize its status of young member in international economic community. This attitude is helpful to maintaining a sober, calm and modest position.
