Courseintroduction: The present course is offered according to two guidingphilosophies. First, link the theories of administrative laws with daily lifevia in-depth analysis and justification of typical real-life cases, so as tonurture students’ ability to independently use the knowledge of administrativelaw for analysis and solution of problems. Second, enhance students’capabilityfor logic thinking and judgment by guiding them through the analysis of cases.
Multipleteaching methods are combined in this course, including case-based teaching,in-class discussion, theory illustration and practical teaching.
Thecharacteristics of this course lies in integrating case analysis andtheoretical elaboration, helping students master the ABCs of administrative lawthrough case analysis, culturing students’ capability for logic thinking andjudgment and assimilating knowledge from other disciplines.
