Courseintroduction: Design of this course is centered on the structure of theadministrative law system in China. It mainly covers the basic principles ofadministrative law, administrative organic law, administrative activities law,and administrative supervision and legal aid law, arranged in the framework ofVolume- Chapter -Section.
Students are expected to achieve two mutuallycomplementary goals after this course. First, this course will enable adeepened understanding of the basic theories of administrative laws andadministrative procedural laws. Second, it will accustom students to study,analyze and interpret social realities with the logic and methods ofadministrative laws.
Five teachingmethods will be adopted for this course: integration of curricular andextracurricular discussion for elaboration of important theories and tenets;comparison/analysis of positive laws; case analysis (typical and generalcases); comparison and discussion of important contents, and simulated courttrial of real-life cases.
