The Law School has five maters of laws and doctoral program in jurisprudence studies, legal history studies, constitutional law and administrative law, military law, law and economics, as well as juris masters in sports law, education law and health law. It has 105 masters’ tutors and 52 doctoral supervisors. Each year, the Law School exports 350 full-time master’s and doctoral graduates, and has developed more than 10,000 full- time master’s and doctoral students accumulatively.

The Law School stands out in postgraduate legal education: we have the nation’s first doctoral programs in legal history studies and in law and economics. in China was first established in this school; we got qualifications for master's and doctoral degrees in jurisprudence studies, constitutional law and administrative law during early developing periods; we set the first master’s and doctoral programs in military law in China; we have established a relatively complete public law discipline system.
