Education Background

From March in 1978 to January in 1982, received a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from Beijing Sports University.

From September in 1999 to July 2001, studied law at China University of Political Science and Law and received a bachelor's degree in law.

Research achievements

1. In 2009, "Research on Several Issues of the Amendment of the Sports Law of China" won the first prize of the Outstanding Achievements Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the National General Administration of Sports in the 11th Five-Year Plan；

2.In 2012, presided over the research project of "Emergency Management Mechanism of Accident Injury Accidents and Safety Problems in Youth Sports Activities"；

3. In 2012, presided over the research project of Beijing Educational Commission, "Legal countermeasures for school sports injury accidents "；

4. In 2013, presided over the research project of Beijing Sports Bureau, "Revision and Suggestions on the Management Measures of Beijing Sports Competition ";

5. In 2014, presided over the research project of the State General Administration of Sports, "Research on the Legal Issues Relevant to the Standardized Development of Golf Courses";

6.In 2018, presided over the research project of China Football Association "Construction of China Football Credit System"；

7.In 2018, presided over the sub-topic "Research on Legal Risk Prevention and Control of Beijing Winter Olympic Games".

Publications

Many papers have been published in related journals at home and abroad, among which（1）the paper "Research on Legal Issues of School Sports Injury Accidents" won the first prize of the 14th Beijing University Sports Science Paper in 2008,

（2）the paper "Discussion on the Conflict between the Basic Standards of College Sports Work and the Education Laws and Regulations" won the first prize of the China University Sports Reform and Development Forum in 2015.

（3）The paper "On the Subject Status and Behavior Responsibility of Judges" won the first prize of the 2016 China University Sports Reform and Development Forum.

（1）"Analysis of Legal Relations between Professional Sports Subjects in China" was published in the special issue of the World Sports Law Association in 2013;

（2）"Fan's Legal Status and Code of Conduct"，publishedin the special issue of the World Sports Law Association in 2013;
