From September 1996 to December 2000, during the Ph.D. program of the famous administrative law professor Jiang Mingan, she studied the constitutional and administrative law doctoral course, the well-known law professor Luo Haocai’s "administrative law balance theory" and Zhu Suli's "rule of law" The influence of local resources theory. For more than 20 years, she has focused on studying the inner relationship between NGOs and Christianity and the rule of law in the West. Since 2014, she has been entrusted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and has completed two topics, "Research on the Relationship between Party Regulations and National Laws" and "Research on the Construction of Party and Party System", and has begun to focus on the research field of the Communist Party of China. In 2016, she was approved by the Beijing Social Science Fund Project “Research on the Clean-up System of the Party's Internal Regulations”; in 2017, the National Social Science Fund Project “Research on the Post-Evaluation System of the Communist Party of China” was approved; in 2018, the Chinese Law Society was approved in 2018. The research on the legal system of the party's internal laws and regulations, and the approval of the research on the internal party's legal interpretation mechanism in the 2018 annual research project of the Party Research Center of Wuhan University; the Beijing Party Law Regulation Research Association approved in 2019. And the Central Party School Party Constitution Party Research Center 2019 annual "Party Organizational Laws and Regulations Research" special topic "Revised Research on the Regulations of the Communist Party of China Local/Foundation Organization Election Work". She published more than ten papers on the direction of the party's internal regulations and completed four internal research reports.
She is often invited to teach the central ministries and commissions, provincial, municipal, and county government agencies, judicial organs, party committee committees, people's congresses, state-owned enterprises, etc. to teach constitutions, administrative laws, party rules, and party style and clean government. In recent years, she has often been invited by American universities and academic research institutions to introduce the path, concept and system of socialist rule of law construction with Chinese characteristics.
